Phone Based Sales rep

At Tots2Tweens the Sales Consultant’s key objective is bringing new advertisers to our directory. We offer a flexible, casual environment, but that’s not to say we don’t work hard! Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts. Explain to customers how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible. Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services. Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services.

Delivery Driver--Gutters

The Delivery Driver will conduct---Daily delivery of gutter related material and gutters fabricated at the job site or to the customer's place of business. Key Responsibilities:Process and compile materials necessary for delivery to the customer's job site or place of business. Packing orders. Fabricate gutters in the appropriate size and color by using a gutter machine. Trouble shooting gutter machines for any defects or difficulties when fabricating gutters.

Landscape Foreman

A full service landscape design and construction firm located in Glenwood, Maryland is interviewing for landscape foreman positions. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years foreman experience or completed a formal landscape program, thorough knowledge of plant materials, horticultural practices, plan reading, grading and equipment operation. Compensation based on experience.

Call Center Reservation Specialist

Respond primarily to client requests for ground transportation service by telephone, e-mail, and fax in an efficient time frame. Key reservation information accurately into the computer system while providing the highest quality of customer service. At least six months experience in a Business environment preferably Customer Service. Travel industry experience preferred.

Registered Nurse

We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to work with residents directly in our skilled nursing facilities. The RN will be responsible for the assessment of resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer nursing care and evaluate the nursing care which is being delivered.

The ideal candidate will also be passionate about providing great quality care in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. We have full-time, part-time and PRN shifts available. Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland. One year prior nursing experience; preferably in a long term or acute care setting.

 

Licensed Property Manager

Property Managers needed for n our Rentals Division based in Frederick, MD to be responsible for supervising and managing residential property accounts, arranging services and ensuring all transactions are completed per the client's contract. Requirements include: Current Maryland Real Estate license, proven track record of excellent service in a real estate environment including: showing of properties, accountability for rental property maintenance and follow up, move ins and move outs and annual inspections, and interpreting and communicating contracts. Associates degree (AA) or equivalent combination of 2 years education and experience.

Remodeling Specialist

Must have experience in all phases of residential construction - such as rough and finish carpentry, tile, kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, window replacement, siding, etc. Own tools and transportation as must. Must be Self motivated and pride in your work. Supervisory skills a plus. Excellent driving record required as well as ability to pass a drug test and background check.

The job tip of the week deals with electronic resumes. "Many people are required to send electronic resumes now. There's lots of different ways to do that, but it's important for folks to know that electronic resumes are read by scanners. We have classes to help you make that resume look readable for scanners," said Holden.
