Frederick County's Fire and Rescue Services has lifted the open burning ban in the county.

The ban went into effect on April 6th as a result of a statement issued by the National Weather Service.

Fire officilas continue to urge residents and business to exercise caution when conducting open burning in the outdoors and never leave a fire unattended.
