Two Frederick residents were arrested on drug offenses Friday following a traffic stop.

Sean Orlowski and Ryan Small were taken into custody after Frederick Police Drug Enforcement Unit officers pulled over a vehicle the 2500 block of Shelley Circle.  A police canine was called to the scene, and indicated the presence of drugs in the car.  A search netted a bag of suspected marijuana, and a coat in the trunk containing suspected pot. Officers also found marijuana on Small's person.  They did not find any pot on Orlowski's person.

Police also served a search and seizure warrant at Orlowski's home in the 2500 block of Shelley Circle, where additional pot and drug paraphernalia were found.

Authorities have charged both Orlowski and Small with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
