Frederick Police are investigating an armed robbery of the Washingtonian Express in the 1300 block of West Patrick Street.
Around 10 p.m. Monday night, two men entered the gas station and approached the clerk. One of the suspects pulled out a hand gun and demanded that he open the register. The two took money from it and ran from the store.
Officers were unable to find the suspects. The first suspect is described as a white man, approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a black hat and light colored sweatshirt. The second is described as a black man, approximately 5'10 wearing a grey sweatshirt and blue jeans. Both suspects were described as having a large build and had their faces covered.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police.
