The City of Frederick's Parks and Recreation Depatment says McCurdy Field and Angleberger Field are closed Wednesday due to wet conditions.  The others fields are open.

Officials remind citizens that when city sports fields are closed, that includes city leased fields and city school leased fields.  No one is to use the fields when they are closed.

Violators who hold a permit to use the fields are subject to fines, or the revocation of their privileges to use the field.  Unpermitted users  could be issued a warning or citation.
