The Frederick County Fire Marshal's Office is investigating a vacant house fire.

It happened at 7649 Woodville Road in Mount Airy early Saturday morning. Authorities said when units arrived on the scene the two story wood frame structure was fully involved in fire. It took firefighters about an hour to bring the blaze under control.

Damage is estimated at $250,000.
