A 20 year old man was arrested this Monday morning and charged with burglarizing a home in the 12000 block of Cove Road, in Clear Spring.

 The Washington County Sheriff's Office said Michael Morris and the vehicle that he allegedly used was located a short time later in the Williamsport area, after it was discovered that the residence and a shed had been broken into.

Investigators found burglar tools and a rifle that had been stolen from the victim's residence inside of the vehicle.
