Reward Offered For Theft Of Equipment From Park

The National Park Service is offering a reward for information that will lead to the identification and conviction of those individuals responsible for stealing and damaging equipment at the construction site at the McMahons Mill area of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park, in Washington County.

Authorities said on May 13th, trespassers forced entry and damaged the office trailers. Items including Dell laptop computers, Kenwood handheld two-way radios, and work tools were also stolen.
