It was a light day for the Frederick County Grand Jury.

On Friday, jurors indicted two individuals on drug offenses. 19-year-old Sean Logan Orlowski, 19, of Frederick was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute pot, and possession of paraphernalia.  Ryan Michael Small, 20, of Frederick was indicted for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, conspiracy to possess pot with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.

The State's Attorney's Office says the offenses both are accused of took place on April 20th, 2012.

Putting cases before the Grand Jury moves them along much quicker into the Circuit Court system.
