The victim was wakling in the area of Canal Street in Hancock when an unknown white man, in his mid 20's wearing glasses, raped her.

Between 11:00 and 11:30 p.m., the victim was wakling in the area of Canal Street in Hancock when an unknown white man, in his mid 20's wearing glasses, raped her.
