A police officer pulled over a Middletown man and a Massachusetts woman on West Patrick Street for expired registration tags then smelled marijuana coming from the car.
Around 9:45 Monday night, a Frederick County police officer pulled over a Middletown man and a Massachusetts woman on West Patrick Street for expired registration tags.
When talking to Lee Dululio and Lisa Setzer, the officer smelled marijuana from inside the car and searched it. The drugs were found and they were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
