Frederick City Police have charged two local men with 2nd degree rape in separate cases involving minors.

According to a press release, Dwayne Jenkins, 20, was charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl during a New Year's Eve party in the 1200 block of Ardmore Court in Frederick.

The victim said Jenkins also sexually assaulted her on several other occasions. Jenkins and the teenage girl were acquaintances.

Police report Timothy Robinson, 43, allegedly raped a young girl and touched her inappropriately.

The sexual abuse occurred between January 2010 and August 2011.

A police investigation revealed that Robinson also gave alcohol to the girl on several occasions.

Both Jenkins and Robinson are being held at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
