Rocky Springs Road between Greenleaf Drive and Old Receiver Road will be closed for about the two weeks. The Frederick County Office of Highway Operations says the closure is needed so crews can do spot work.

A detour has been set up. Motorists can use Kemp Lane, Shookstown Road and Edgewood Road.

Emergency personnel have been notified.
