A Frederick man is facing attempted burglary charges.

Authorities said Ryan Noble was arrested at the Frederick Sopping Center, after a witness overheard a conversation about some subjects burglarizing one of the stores. When police arrived, they located Noble hiding behind a dumpster. Next to him was a black duffel bag with a pry bar inside of it. An investigation revealed that several doors to businesses had pry marks on them, as if someone had tried to bend the door frame to get inside, police said. Other burglary tools were also found inside the duffel bag, as well as prescription medication, continued authorities.
