The State Police in Frederick are investigating the theft of a newspaper vending machine.

The machine, which belongs to the Frederick News-Post,  was stolen from the Park and Ride lot in the 8500 block of Old National Pike during the overnight hours of June 9th through the 10th between 12-midnight and 7:00 AM. The lot is located near Exit 56 just off of Interstate 70.

The vending machine is painted red, and has the words "Frederick News-Post" printed on each side.
