Two Men Arrested For Breaking Into Vacant Apartment

Officers noticed the back window of an apartment was broken out then found the two men hiding inside.

Frederick police arrested two men early this morning for burglary and destruction of property.

Officers reported to the 100 block of West Saints Street just before 5 a.m. and saw a window in the back of an apartment was broken out. When they went inside, they found Dashaun Lee of Frederick and Christopher Owens of Baltimore hiding inside. The officers contacted the property management and discovered that the apartment was vacant and the suspects did not have permission to be inside.

The men were arrested and charged.
