A Frederick man is charged with 4th-degree burglary and trespassing on private property. Derrick John Ensor, 21, was arrested Thursday morning for breaking into a home in the first block of College Avenue.

Officers were dispatched to the scene at around 3:19 AM. They say Ensor walked into a home which was not his, and refused to leave. Authorities say he was intoxicated.

Ensor was arrested without incident.

Police say no property was damaged and no one was injured during the break-in.
