A Frederick man was arrested and charged with drug offenses on Thursday.

The Frederick Police Department's Drug Enforcement Unit conducted a covert operation in the 500 block of East Church Street, at which time a purchase of oxycodone was made from a residence. As a result, a search and seizure warrant was executed and Robert Brown, Sr., was taken into custody.
