But progress has been made to get them back on line.
Some Frederick County residents are still in the dark, but Potomac Edison is making progress bringing them back on line.
As of 12:00 noon on Monday, the utility is reported 172 customers without power in Frederick County. There are 17 Montgomery County customers served by Potomac Edison who are out of power. And in Jefferson County, WV, 5 customers are in the dark.
At one point Monday morning, nearly 3,000 customers were without power as a result of overnight storms.
