Robert Pierce will be sentenced on September 21 for DUI.
Robert Pierce pleaded guilty Friday, in Carroll County Circuit Court. He's the Frederick Police Officer who was suspended after he was charged with driving under the influence and crashing his patrol car into a guardrail back in March, and then leaving the scene.
Spokesman Rob Daniels with the Carroll County States Attorneys Office said Pierce will receive probation before judgement, and will also have to do at least 48 hours of community service.
Pierce will be sentenced on September 21st.
