Frederick Police arrested three people for drinking in Carroll Creek Linear Park Thursday.

Officers were on patrol in the area shortly before 5:30 p.m., when they saw three people sitting on a bench with what turned out to be a can of malt liquor. They saw one member of the group attempt to hide the can and then watched as the three, identified as 48 year old Richard Clauter, 32 year old Teisha Bryant-Harris, and 29 year old Jennifer Clark, all of the 100 block of South Market Street, pass the can to each other and drink from it.
