A Frederick man is charged with molesting three Smithsburg girls from 2009 and this year.

According to the Herald Mail, Gregory Hagan was arrested after a mother of the one of the girls caught him touching the victim inappropriately and called police.

He was being held on a $600,000 bond but waived his right to a bond review hearing on Monday.

Hagan is charged with three counts each of sex abuse of a minor, sex abuse of a minor as a contiuning course of conduct and indiviudal counts of second and third degree sex offenses.

Hagan is scheduled for a preliminarly hearing on August 28.
