The vandalism was reported on Sunday morning.

The Frederick County Sheriff's Office says vandals put stickers promoting marriage equality and a gay pride flag on the windows of the Chick-Fil-A Restaurant on Route 355 over the weekend.

The vandalism was reported on Sunday morning. The store hired a cleaning company to remove the items.

Gay marriage supporters have been protesting comments by the President of Chick-Fil-A opposing same-sex unions.

Earlier this summer, Dan Cathy told a religious publication that he believed in ``The biblical definition of a family.''

Police have not made any arrests in the vandalism.
