Two females stole more than $400 in merchandise from Kohl's.

Citizen assistance is needed by the Frederick County Sheriff's Office as it tries to close a shoplifting investigation.

On July 23rd, 2012, a deputy responded to the Kohl's department store for a theft complaint. Loss prevention officers noticed two females enter an empty dressing room with clothing from the junior's department, and large empty bags. When they came out, several anti-theft devices attached to the clothing were found on the floor.

Store personnel followed the two females. But once they got outside, the two fled on foot. The items they took are worth more than 400-dollars.

The two suspects are described as either teenagers or young adults. They both have long, brownish-black hair, and were wearing black shirts.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact Corporal Dave DeWees with the Frederick County Sheriff's Office at 301-600-3677.
