He was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, felony theft and possession of cocaine.
A Hagerstown man was arrested Tuesday evening after he committed 11 different crimes.
Around 10 p.m., Maryland State Police received a call about an I-phone and GPS stolen out of a car at the Common Market on Buckeystown Pike in Frederick. The I-phone was tracked and led police to the MARC train station. Police then found a stolen car running with the door open and saw Jaqwan Bowie ducking between and behind cars.
Officers chased the suspect, handcuffed him and found the stolen items. Officers also found another car broken into with a stolen handbag laying next to the car. He was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, felony theft and possession of cocaine.
