A Hagerstown man was arrested Friday afternoon at the FSK Mall for illegally carrying a loaded pistol.  Maryland State Police say Justin Gross was picked up without incident.

Troopers responded to the mall to investigate reports of a man carrying a concealed handgun in the waist band of his pants.  Mall security helped authorities locate Gross.

State Police say Gross did not brandish this weapon, or threaten anyone.
