Around 9:30 p.m. Monday night, a Frederick man held a woman at knife point and demanded money then ran away in the 400 block of South Market Street.

Frederick police matched a description of the suspect and found Matthew Davis at the intersection of Ice and West All Saints Street. He was arrested and charged with robbery, assault and theft.
