Hagerstown Police have made an arrest in the cell phone store that was robbed on Thursday morning located on the Dual Highway. Authorities charged Christopher Hieberger with numerous offenses, including carrying pepper spray with intent to injure.

Authorities said the Boost Mobile Store was held up shortly before 11:00 a.m., when a white male entered the establishment demanding money. Police said an employee ducked behind the counter and that's when Hieberger sprayed the solution at the clerk and fled. Witnesses were able to get a good description of the suspect and his vehicle. Hieberger was arrested at Rocky's Pizza several hours later. Police say the same mobile phone store was robbed last week.
