A third susepct is being sought
Frederick Police have charged an adult and a juvenile in connection with a strong arm robbery in July.
Anthony Lamont Carroll, Jr., 19, of Frederick turned himself in on Wednesday. He faces charges of robbery, 2nd-degree assault, theft and use of a stolen credit card.
The youth was turned over to the custody of the Department of Juvenile Services.
On July 7th at around 9:00 PM, the victim was approached by three black males outside of the Los Trios Restaurant in the area of Apple Way and McCain drive. He told officers that he was knocked to the ground and kicked and punched. His wallet and cell phone were taken.
Police say the victim's credit card was used by one of the suspects.
Detectives are still following up on leads in hopes of identifying and charging the third suspect.
