There's been an update into the case in which skeletal remains were found in a wooded area of New Design Road last month. The Frederick County Bureau of Investigation said the State Medical Examiner's Office has concluded the victim was a male, approximately in his mid to late thirties, but the cause and manner of death has not been determined.

The remains were found on August 8th, shortly before five p.m., by an employee of a tree trimming service who was working in the area.
