Thanks to the many citizens and law enforcement personnel who called in with tips after surveillance photos were released to the public, the Frederick County Sheriff's Office has identified and charged two shoplifting suspects.  Authorities said 18 year old Nelson Rodriguez and a 16 year old, who was referred to the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services, stole over $400 worth of merchandise from the Kohl's department store on July 23rd.
