Officials say for three weeks a warning will be issued to violaters. Then beginning on October 2nd those caught speeding will be sent a citation. Officials say the effort is to enhance work zone safety, and protect both work crews and drivers during the ongoing widening project that will include the replacement of the Motter Avenue Bridge over Route 15.
