Dating back more than 100 years ago, the Charles Town Heritage Day Street Festival will be held on Saturday, September 22nd starting at 10 a.m. on Washington Street.
Todd Coyle with Earth Vibe Productions said there will be some new features along with some old favorites.
"We are going to have all kinds of stuff. History tours, ghost tours, there is going to be a scavenger hunt, kids games, a street magician, rock climbing wall and something we've added new this year and is exciting, is a pie bake-off contest," Coyle said.
There will also be a petting zoo, the revamped Charles Town Farmer's Market and live music all day. At 6 p.m., the festival will move to Jefferson Memorial Park for a barbeque and show.
