Authorities say speed, not alcohol, is considered a factor in this crash.
A 30-year-old Pennsylvania man was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore Wednesday afternoon with a possible head injury following a one-vehicle crash in Carroll County.
The Sheriff's Office says a Jeep SUV was traveling eastbound in the 1700 block Fridinger Mill Road near Manchester when it left the roadway and overturned.
The driver was trapped, and had to be extricated. There were no passengers in the vehicle.
Authorities say alcohol is not considered a factor in this crash, but speed is a possibility. The investigation is continuing.
