Two Hagerstown men pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree murder on Monday after they shot a Frederick man outside of a Martinsburg night club last November.

Joseph Mason and Leon Racks were indicted in May by a Berkeley County Grand Jury on multiple counts in connection with the shooting. With their guilty plea, both men received a statutory sentence of one to three years in prison.
