Train rides, displays, tours of the Brunswick Railroad Museum, and concerts, are just a few of the activities planned for next weekend's two day festival in downtown Brunswick, according to special events coordinator for Brunswick Railroad Days, Fay Kaufman Sanders. The event will take place October 6th & 7th, from 10am-5pm on each day. There's lots of great home cooked food. Great fun for the kids. "Also this year, we've included something called Railroad Chats. We have a group of retired railroad workers who will be chatting with the public," said Kaufman Sanders.
Marc train rides will be available. A photography contest, children's activities and mouth watering food. "From toddlers to grandparents, there's something for everyone at this festival, so come on out and see what sets Railroad Days apart from other fall festivals," she said. "There will be a rock climbing wall, hoola-hoops, jugglers, Culler Magic, and Smithsonian Exhibit Journey stories."
