Voter Registration Deadline Coming Soon

Anyone who wants to vote must be registered by Oct. 16th.

 

The deadline to register to vote in Frederick County is coming up. Anyone who wants to cast a ballot in the general election needs to be signed up by Tuesday, October 16th. The Frederick County Elections Office at Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street in Frederick, will remain open until 9:00 PM that day.

Citizens can also register on line by going to https.//voterservices.elections.state.md.us/OnlineVoterRegistration, or send in a registration form.

Applications are available at the county's public libraries, the Motor Vehicle Administration, Frederick Community College, the court house and US Post Offices. The forms can also be obtained by mail until October 10th at the elections Office at Winchester Hall.

Anyone who wants to vote must be at least 18-years of age on or before election day, November 6th. They also need to be a US citizen and a resident of Frederick County.
