The Frederick County Sheriff's Office has concluded it's investigation concerning an incident that occurred at the Brunswick Little League Park last week, when 15 year old Preston Deener was assaulted by another 15 year old male in the presence of local media, right before he was to give an interview regarding a bullying incident. Authorities said the victim was punched  by the juvenile suspect, who has been charged with one count of second degree assault, and referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.

Authorities also said the investigation revealed that this was an isolated incident and is not related to any previous bullying incidents involving the victim.
