Downtown Charlestown is inviting all super heroes, vampires, fairies, and goblins to enjoy some Halloween fun for the whole family on Friday, October 26th at local businesses from 4 to 6 p.m.

This is a free entertaining and safe way to trick-or-treat. Participating merchants will have balloons and carved pumpkins on display outside of their stores. Children in costume will enjoy exploring the downtown to collect candy and vote for their favorite carved pumpkin.
