Frederick Police Charge Man With Disorderly Conduct

He was shouting about art work in the downtown.

 

Charges of disorderly conduct and failing to obey the lawful order of a police officer have been filed against a man arrested on Thursday. Daniel Dyck Monroe, 31, who has no fixed address, was taken into custody.

Frederick Police say Monroe shouted about various art sculptures in the downtown. Two officers heard Monroe and told him to keep his voice down. Monroe refused and was arrested.
