1-Provider Phone Rep (260814)

The Provider Phone Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity. Some responsibilities will include: Respond to complex customer calls; Resolve customer service inquiries; Provide excellent customer service; Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards.

2-Medical Technologist (260817)

The principal objective will be to perform clinical laboratory testing duties. The employee will perform duties and responsibilities independently based on broad guidelines and objectives provided by the supervisor. Such as; performing clinical laboratory work supporting USAMRIID research programs and testing of clinical specimens; Perform microbiological and related biological and bio-chemical examinations on clinical and environmental specimens; etc..

3-Project Manager / Technical Writer (Biomedical) 260820

You will: Perform aerosol exposures; Assist with biological decontamination procedures for Class III biosafety cabinets post-aerosol; Assist in the maintenance of a modern, well-equipped and up-to-date aerobiology laboratory; Carry out assays to determine aerosol concentrations of biological agents to include protein assays, bacterial culture and viral plaque assays, and more.

5-Route Skipper (257822)

The Route Skipper will cover open routes during vacation and holiday schedules. The will perform all of the same functions of a Service Sales Representative, but they do not have a set customer base. Duties include providing excellent route service through the pick-up, cleaning, maintenance and delivery of services and products to business customers. Other responsibilities include filling in for absent SSRs and increasing catalog sales through adding on products from organization’s catalog line. Must have valid driver’s license; competitive pay and benefits are available.

The Service Sales Representative - Facility Services will provide route service to a set customer base, through the pick-up and delivery of items from our Facility Services product line. Service Sales Representatives are also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, by responding to customer inquiries and requests, as well as pro-active problem solving.

Goodwill is seeking an individual to develop and administer trainings. This position will serve Goodwill locations in Frederick and Carroll counties in Maryland. Individual must have reliable transportation and the ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Develops plans, writes, coordinates, edits, and performs training programs for the organization.

9-Community Material Donations Coordinator - 260223

This position is responsible for ensuring a sufficient supply of material donations to meet expanding retail needs by soliciting and coordinating donated material drives for resale in the retail stores. This position will - Develop community contacts and build relationships within the community for material donations. Assist the VP of Operations in establishing donation requirements, determine best approach and analyze progress regularly. Ensure positive donor experience at all attended donation centers, store sites and donation drives.

10-Help Desk Technician - 260044-

Provide telephone support to the end-user community on hardware, software, and network related problems, questions, and use. Provide first-level problem resolution on the telephone with users; and walk the user through a series of steps to determine problem; classify level, priority, and nature of problem. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely to end-users ranging from executive level management to support staff.
