On Monday night, both Potomac Edison and Verizon said they were pulling their crews who remove and repair downed poles from overnight work  until the morning hours, after it's light.    Both companies say they will respond to emergencies.

Frederick County Highway Operations says it also pulled its crews which cut up and remove downed trees from overnight work  Personnel will be back at work after it's light.
