They will open at 2pm Monday.

Two emergency shelters will be open today for residents in Hagerstown.

Officials say citizens in need can come to North Hagerstown High School and the Hancock Fire Department. The Humane Society of Washington County will pick up any pets from the North Hagerstown High School and bring them to the Washington County Agriculture Center. But pet owners have to bring their carriers. However, the Hancock Fire Department is a pet friendly shelter.
