Frederick County Government offices will be closed on Monday, November 12, for Veterans Day. Offices will return to regularly scheduled hours on Tuesday, November 13.

Clarifications to the schedule:

1) Animal Control Center will also be closed on Monday. Details: 301-600-1546.

2) Curbside recycling will run on the normal schedule and the Frederick County Landfill and Recycling Dropoff Center on Reichs Ford Road will be open 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on November 12. The Landfill and Recycling Offices will be closed.

3) Frederick County Public Libraries will be closed on both Sunday, November 11, and Monday, November 12.

4) Transit services will operate on regular schedules, but TransIT-plus (demand response) and all peak hour connector buses will not be in service. Meet-the-MARC Shuttle schedules are posted on www.FrederickCountyMD.gov/transit . The Transit office will be closed on Monday.
