Three People Arrested After Lady Gives Them Ride To Service Station

They stole her purse.

Three people were arrested Thursday after a woman offered two people walking with a gas can on alternate 40 toward the city a ride to a service station.

Frederick Police say after she helped them and dropped the two individuals off, she discovered that her wallet, which contained numerous credit cards, cash and other documents had been stolen from her purse. Officers located the suspects in a vehicle, on I-70, near the Braddock Road exit. After they stopped the car, a search was conducted and Anthony Busick of Hampstead and Edward Dunlap, Junior, of Westminster were both in possession of the victim's belongings. A passsenger in the vehicle, Candice Kelly, of Westminster, also had some of the victims' credit cards stuffed in her bra. They were all arrested. Dunlap was additionally, charged with possession of crack cocaine and paraphernalia.
