Hagerstown Police have made an arrest in Wednesday night's armed robbery of Hartle's Subs at 1301 Marshall Street. Nijah Abdul-Rahin, 17 of Hagerstown, and Sheldon Maxie-Hilton, 17 of Greencastle, Pennsylvania, have been charged with armed robbery, first and second-degree assault, and use of a handgun in a crime of violence.

On Wednesday evening, November 14th, employees told police that two black males entered the store, and demanded money. Both had items which obscured their faces, and one was armed with a handgun. The two fled with cash.
