New Design Road, south of Elmer Derr Road has reopened.

It was closed for an hour and a half today by the Frederick County Sheriff's Office.  "Investigators were back out there looking for more evidence where skeletal remains were found back in the summer," said Captain Tim Clark.  "Now that the foliage has been harvested,we're making sure we didn't miss anything," continued Clark.

The remains found were those of a man in his 30's, who still has not been identified, according to the State Medical Examiners Office in Baltimore.
