He was also charged with drug offenses.

A Frederick man is charged with drug offenses and driving on a suspended and revoked license.  Marlin Keith May, 38, was pulled over Friday night by a Frederick Police officer in the 1400 block of Taney Avenue.

The cop ran a computer check on the vehicle's registration prior to the traffic stop, and found that May's license to drive had been suspended and revoked. He was charged with that offense.  May was asked if he had anything illegal in the car. He produced a digital scale, and medication for which he had no prescription.

May was taken to Central Booking for processing.
