The Frederick County Bureau of Investigation is investigating a shoplifting incident that happened at the Target Store on Urbana Pike in Frederick.

Target Store employees told police that on September 21, 2012, a man exited the store with two televisions (19" & 32") without paying for them. A few minutes later the man returned and stole a 26" television.

Video surveillance captured photos of the suspect who is described as a black male with glasses. He was wearing a black baseball cap, blue diamond pattern sweater vest, white t-shirt and shorts.
