No one was hurt.
Gunshots were fired on Monday morning in the 1300 block of West Patrick Street in Frederick, but no one was hit.
Police responded to the parking lot near Toys-R-Us at around 10:37 AM, and were told by witnesses they saw a man fire a single shot at a silver-colored vehicle. The vehicle left the area, and headed eastbound. The suspect also fled.
Officers and detectives conducted a search of the area, but didn't locate the suspect or the vehicle.
The individual who fired the shot is described as a black male with cornrows, who was wearing a black and white jacket.
